how much does it coast to make bio diesel if you have to pay for the fry oil given that you own your own tanks and equipment?

It would depend on how much you paid for the used fryer oil now wouldn't it?

since I figure it cost me about 70cents a gallon without buying the oil..just add the cost of the oil to that.

but there are more questions
1. do you need to use acid/base processing? what's the cost of the acid
2. are you counting the time and electricity to make the biodiesel? what about the water to wash?
